Thank you for your interest in our services, we trust the following will assist you

ORDERING

You may order standard products by telephone, fax or email.
Confirmation of all non standard orders will be required in writing. Fax or email.

PAYMENT

Payment with order please, we regret we do not offer account facilities. We accept all major credit cards. VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate on all orders.

CARRIAGE & PACKING

We have a minimum standard packing & carriage charge of £5.00. Thereafter £7.95 up to 20kgs. Carriage charges are to MAINLAND UK & do not include Highlands & Islands , I.O.M. Northern Ireland & the I.O.W. Please enquire about carriage costs to these locations.

PROBLEMS

Mounts and frames are heavy & easily damaged, we take every precaution in packing your order, to ensure its safe arrival, however accidents happen & we would request that you advise us in writing within 7 days of any irregularities in the quality of your order.

Delivery

Delivery will be to customers requirements wherever possible. Our average lead time for despatch is 3-5 working days. However we will respond to an urgent request.

 

SHOULD YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL REQUEST PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO ENQUIRE.

The company reserve the right to change prices without prior notification. We will inform customers at time of ordering of any change in prices & a new price list will be supplied free of charge.
